It's hit the fan! Officially. - Dec 9th, 2008 Finally, the bigwigs in this country have publicly acknowledged the recession we've BEEN IN for over a year! As previously stated in rants over the last two years, I said what was going to happen. If only our "leaders" didn't have their heads so far up their ....., it never would have gotten this bad and we would not be in so deep. On the plus side, Pro-Cite is still healthy and waiting for the phone to ring to bring in the business of beautifying the pools that presently are rotting because pool owners are super tight with their wallets. I figure when things loosen up the industry will get bombarded with these ugly pools. But when? I've been acid washing many pools lately. This process is considerably cheaper than resurfacing and will make an aging pool easier to live with. So, if some of you pool owners are not ready to pull the trigger and resurface, consider a simple drain and acid wash to hold you over until you are ready. View All News Stories
